What are the primary steps for any headhunting service?

- Study the client’s business model and internal business process
All the noted down information is compiled and sent to the headhunting team or the executive search team. The team of experts will study the client’s business model and how their internal processes are connected. Expert executive recruitment agencies know what kind of candidates will be beneficial for your company’s future.
- Screen the database for potential matches
Executive staffing companies are equipped with all the latest technology and information to filter the best candidates. The experts then study all the candidates and shortlist the most eligible ones
- Create a detailed report about the shortlisted candidates
A detailed report about all these candidates is prepared. It is very important to brief the client regularly about the progress. Both the parties provide their inputs and finally, the previous result list is further filtered and a few eligible candidates are selected from the previous list.
- Verify their backgrounds and references
The background and reference details of these candidates are verified. Experienced executive staffing companies can filter candidates for their team-building skills, team leading skills, quick decision-making skills, and other skill set required for the open executive job position.
